Once I found a robins nest! It also had a few baby birds in it too. My dad said that we would take the nest away but I didn"t want to. So days passed and we did not remove it and it is still in my backyard!!

One time I was in my backyard and I saw a fox. It was really really red and it ran so fast that I almost did not see it. And next to it was a rabbit's nest. The rabbits were so small. The fox was gone before I looked back. BYE

Once I was at my cousin's house. And we saw racoons walking in the road. They were walking to our house then they turned around. They went into the forest, and we went inside.

Today I'm going to tell you about a nature experience I once had a few years ago. Here's how it started. I was raking leaves at my cottage when a flock of geese flew off the lake. I noticed that one seemed to be larger than the others. Then it flew unbelievably low to the house and I realized that it was a bald eagle!

Well, one time - Wait! Ok so we have this rabbit in our backyard and one time I was watching tv and my parents called me downstairs. I looked outside and there were a bunch of little bunnies. They were right next to this stone wall with plants inside. Then they climbed into the plants and sat. Then they crawled into this little hole. There were about 5 bunnies and the mom. They were really cute! Also, I have good news I broke my bad habit! Now I don't annoy people.

One day I planted a seed. I watered it. I put a lamp over it. That night it rained, that next morning it already sprouted.

Once when I was at Burton park me and my sister were getting stung by a wasp so I killed it and gave it a funeral. Another time I gave a dead cat a funeral so I said some words and put grass on it.

Once when I was riding my bike with my dad on the road I saw a squished squirrel on the road. I was pretty grossed out and sad.

When I was at my sister's tennis tournament a squirrel went on the court. The same squirrel got chased by a dog, it was funny. [it was hilarious] end

One day I was out side in my back yard with my aunt and a Monarch came right to my nose and it tickled on my nose. When it happened I was happy!!!

well.....I have these flowers that die and growback every year. Ants eat them . One summer I was watching this flower for 3 minuts and ants were on them. I went in the house and came back it was gone the ants had ate it WEIRD!!!!

One time I found a mutated ant. I stepped on it. I lifted my foot up and saw it struggling for its MOMMY! And the ant (at least I think) said: BZFHZSGWEJHFGTUDGQYWEJHERJZNUKDSJFIZJFIZJISJAKKLDFJGHDJFGHJA
then I stepped on it again. I lifted my foot up again. I saw it DEAD!

HELLO YOUNGLINGS!!! I have a story to tell you! One day when I was little I went to a place called Nilnoc. It was a very nice experience. I got to sleep in real log cabin! (even though it looked like a tent.) I also got up close and personal with a porcupine! I named him porkey. I loved him until he got killed! I also went fishing and caught 6 fish. Three of them got released, but Bill Phil and Will (the twins) became fish stix for dinner. It's sad. I also went morel mushroom hunting. It was very fun, even though we only found like three. It was a really great experience and I had s'mores pretty much every night I was there. Well that's the end of my story. Ow! my back hurts. Better go. BYE!!! (cough cough)

Here is a story that happened outside to me.....

My class [s/d's] went on a creek walk and I went [accidentally] in the deep end , and I amost drowned. It was up to my waist or higher .
I remember thinking that it keeps geting deeper and deeper.
When I came out I was soaking wet.

I will never forget that.

A crazy walk by Shoshanah

Once I was walking my dog Donna. First a raccoon fell out of a tree (but it was not hurt) then Donna got into a fight with a wild turkey then a squirrel fell out of a tree. It was the craziest walk ever!!

I found a twig named Carl in my backyard. Then I went to bed after a bunny stole it.*
Then I woke up and ate a pickle and tossed what I didn't like in my neighbor's yard.**
Then I started singing "On Top Of Spaghetti."***


*It was my bedtime. ***Really.
**I love all the parts of pickles, so I didn't really toss anything.

Once in my backyard (I live in a woods) a fox came through and all the squirrels(Which is a lot) ran up trees and chattered for an hour. It drove my family crazy!

Lawnmower Toad by Micayla

One day outside at recess some of the kids including me found a toad that got run over by a lawnmower and three of its legs were off. Also you could see part of its guts that were ripped out. The guts were all green and slimey and filled with blood. Some of its head was bleeding too. The next day sadly it wasn't there anymore. That's my story. Bye. Bye!
